Bamboo Bookkeeping Services
We have a passion for numbers and seeing those numbers grow. Bookkeeping for us goes beyond just entering the data. We like to be a partner with you in seeing where your business will be in 1, 5, 10 years. We can help prepare your financials to present to a banker. We work with you closely to teach you trends and the numbers to watch. And at the end of the day its fun to watch your business month-to-month and year-to-year grow. Here are a few of the standard services:
- Data Entry (Monthly, Quarterly or Annually)
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- A/R & A/P Review
- Journal Entries, as needed
- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet (more available upon request)
We partner well with CPAs to get you ready for your tax return at the end of the year.
From 1-20+ employees, we make sure your employees and taxes are paid on time. Depending on the size of your company and the features of payroll you prefer, we can either process your payroll in-house or we partner with a local provider. We ensure that your payroll taxes are filed in a timely manner with the Internal Revenue Service, Colorado Department of Revenue, Colorado Department of Labor and the city where you operate your business.
3. Sales & Use Tax Reports
Sales & Use taxes can be one of the most confusing pieces of operating a business. However, we can take that stress off your shoulders. The sales & use tax filing service can be partnered with bookkeeping, or offered on its own.
4. Estimated Taxes
No one likes a big surprise tax bill at the end of the year. Every quarter we can take a look at your books and estimate where you will end up at the end of the year. With this information we can help you make an estimated tax payment so you can pay in smaller pieces, rather than at the end of the year.
5. Quarterly Financial Reviews
It only makes sense to sit down periodically and review your financials to really keep a grasp on your business. We sit down, discuss any concerns that you have, goals for the future and then see where the financials fit into that. We also point out trends we are seeing: both good and bad and can make suggestions to stay in line with your financial goals. We use this time to make sure you understand what each line on the financials means and to answer any questions you may have.
